The Artwork of
Collin Bogle

Artist Biography
From floral's to wildlife, Collin works in pastels, colored
pencils and acrylics. Inspired by the beauty of nature,
Collin uses his talent of depicting light to bring his canvases to life.
"Light plays a major role in my work," comments the artist.
"An abundance of light and shadows creates a playground
for me. It allows the painting to take on a life of its own."
Growing up in suburban Seattle, Collin Bogle enjoyed fishing,
rollerblading and biking. Although he didn't know what
life had in store, he knew he loved art.
In high school, he learned the concepts of technique, composition and design from his father (Lee Bogle), a seasoned artist and teacher.
It was in his class that he discovered his abilities surpassed those of his peers. While other students struggled to learn the basics, Bogle quickly caught on, adding unique perspectives and rich detail to his paintings.
In the years since, Bogle has refined his skills and set
forth in his own artistic direction. His ability to capture detail
soon became a signature for his work.
