Through the dim light of evening, a strange discordant sound resonates across
the meadow. It is both haunting and riveting. Emerging from the aspen, a bull elk appears.
He is in his prime, calling out his supremacy for all the world to hear. In the cool air,
his breath forms a misty cloud, as The Call again fills the meadow with sound.

The Call is the third in a new collection of American Wildlife from Mark Hopkins sculpture.
